The hull and the deck of the Gorbon 40S are constructed with Kevlar E-Glass foamcore composite in order to minimize the osmosis factor and to provide maximum protection against impact damage. The result of this construction is an exceptionally tough and durable boat finished in glossy awlgrip paint. Not forgotten, the interior of the Gorbon 40S is exquisitely finished in the finest mahogany and teak wood, and is designed to provide maximum space for comfortable living.
Powered by twin 370-HP diesel engines, the Gorbon 40S provides sheer exhilaration at speeds of up to 30 mph. Even at this speed, a dry and comfortable ride is always assured given the Gorbon 40S's flared bow, aft tumblehome, and efficient underbody shape. The Gorbon 40S's shallow draft of 55 cm makes motoring around easy, and discovering new bays and lakes a pleasure.

Whatever your outing, the Gorbon 40S will not let you down. It offers a generous cockpit with plenty of room for social gatherings, lounging about, dining, or fishing. At the rear of the cockpit there is a settee, teak table, and optional deck chairs. The pilot house is separated from the back of the cockpit with transparent sliding glass doors so that you and your guests may stay connected. The design of the pilot house provides for excellent visibility augmented by natural light streaming in from two overhead hatches.
Entertaining on the Gorbon 40S is made easy with a spacious bar area and sitting space. The bar to the rear of the helm station includes a countertop, sink, and 12 V refrigerator while the L-shaped settee (convertible to a king-size bed) and mahogany table easily seats five. A standard Radio/CD player with optional waterproof speakers provides for pleasurable listening.
While the Gorbon 40S boasts both aesthetic and technical excellence, it also delivers on interior comfort. The interior cabin features a galley with cook top, refrigerator, and storage cabins, a large WC with full head shower area, a large settee and folding table (convertible to king-size bed) and a master bedroom.
